Specialist in indirect taxes - ICMS/ISS/PIS/COFINS - in both operational (fiscal bookkeeping, accounting, cashflow) and consulting matters (strategic tax planning, logistics network integration and restitution of due credits). Reporting and consolidation of tax recoverability studies and long term projections regarding consumption of ICMS credits, with focus on cash flow optimization. Analysis on balance variation (free cash flow) while supporting FP&A area with forecast of credits generation/consumption, also based on forecasts of net purchases/sales. Participation in "Digital" projects, as Product Owner of 3 squads focused on development of Tax IT systems and processes, to support the transactional operations in the Indirect Tax Department (ancillary obligations). Management of teams with mindset focused on process simplification and waste reduction (Lean Office Projects) and automation of transactional activies (development of RPAs with the tech area), reducing the total lead time of Tax Framework Compliance activities by more than 40% and, at the same time, creating value to business with Tax Consultancy and enabling the creation of new business initiatives (automated POS, simplified invoice, etc). Support to the commercial area by specifying the impact of due tax in commercial margin and recoverability of VAT (ICMS restitution/complement), aiming to create sinergy betweenbusiness and backoffice area with trainings and work sessions, while optmizing pricing and strategic commercial planning. Knowledge in VBA, SQL, MASTERSAF, SAP, WMS/TMS, JIRA. Basic knowledge in PowerBI e Tableau (self-BI tools) for formulation and presentation of quality data.
