In the RPO division, I act as an internal recruiter on a contract basis for our clients. I have partnered with Northwestern Mutual, Pinterest, Mastercard & worked on curated diversity events (Peloton and Marriott International). In addition to my recruiting responsibilities, I help with internal Andiamo trainings, the hiring process and mentorship for newer employees. This includes conducting trainings, check-ins with my team and making sure the team is up-to-speed on recruiting processes. Andiamo is a globally recognized technology staffing and consulting firm specializing in placing the top 2% of information technology professionals with the world’s largest and most well-known companies. Our talent solutions include Permanent Placement, Contract Staffing, Diversity Recruiting, and Dedicated Recruiting Services (RPO).
