Co-hosted by two passionate wellness advocates, the show covers topics ranging from nutrition and holistic health to personal growth and entrepreneurship. As a certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, I specialized in functional health assessments, utilizing HTMA (Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis) and GI MAP testing to uncover deeper insights into my clients’ health. Through personalized nutrition and lifestyle recommendations, I help individuals address root causes of imbalances, support digestion, hormone health, and energy levels. My goal is to empower clients with the knowledge and tools they need to achieve long-term wellness and vitality. In addition to my functional health expertise, I successfully built my nutrition and wellness business from the ground up, leveraging social media to grow an engaged community of over 30k followers. By combining educational content with authentic engagement, I turned my passion for wellness into a thriving online business, helping countless individuals transform their health through personalized nutritional therapy.

As a dedicated elementary school teacher, I spent 1 year teaching 3rd grade and 4 years teaching 2nd grade, where I cultivated a positive learning environment that encouraged curiosity, critical thinking, and a love for learning. My teaching focused on developing foundational skills in literacy, math, and social-emotional learning, while fostering individual growth and confidence in my students. I also partnered with parents and colleagues to tailor instruction to meet diverse needs, creating a classroom community that was both nurturing and academically driven.
