Home Textiles & Home Decor / Cook & Dine - 2015 - 2016 Christmas & Seasonal Decorations / Stationary - 2013 - 2015 - Manage 6 product developers in Hong Kong / India / Turkey Hubs. - Working closely with UK design, technical and buying teams. - Checking tecnical packs from the UK and amending where needed. - Briefing technical packs to factories. - Developing the product with the factories ensuring all queries are answered throughout. - Approving concept samples before sending back to the UK with comments. - Internal handover to technical managers and merchandisers. - Ensuring all critical path dates are met. - Creating and constantly improving the product development process. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with factories. - Designing and developing in house products ideas to present to the UK design, buying and merchandising teams.

FiFi was a Hong Kong based startup womenswear fashion brand. As Design Director, I was responsible for the entire design process from concept and design to production. This involved all company branding including stationery, logo design, lookbook, sketching, CAD and Technical Packs for all of our collections. I was also responsible for all sourcing of fabric and embellishment design, managing our suppliers, planning, budgeting and business development.

Kreativ is a Hong Kong based design agency. As Fashion Graphic Designer, I specialised in print, embroidery and embellishment design. Our clients included Elvis Jesus UK, NEXT Sourcing, Covert and MIC HK to name a few.

Global Source and Design was a Hong Kong based fashion trading company. The company designed and manufactured womenswear, accessories and handbags. As Fashion Graphic Designer, I was responsible for designing print and embellishments for leading US and European brands including Marciano, Kookai, Chicos, Bonton, Arden B, Cache, Bebe, CJCB, Royal plush, ASOS, Jane Norman and All Saints to name a few.

NEXT Sourcing Hong Kong is the sourcing hub of UK Based high-street retailer NEXT. As Fashion graphic designer i was responsible for designing prints and embellishments across all womenswear departments. My role required that i work closely with with NSL and NEXT UK designers to translate ideas into commercial designs and to then work with our suppliers discussing requirments and techniques to ensure designs were sampled correctly. During my time at NEXT i worked closely with our embroidery factories to develop new directional embroidery techniques and embellishments this required ongoing factory visits to build a strong working relationship. I was responsible for creating an in house embroidery and embellishment library made available to the NSL and NEXT UK designers to use on their womenswear designs.
