Provide MSP management services for Philips (Greater China). Responsible for 3rd part workforce outsourcing and SoW procurement management which includes HR and Consultancy categories. 1. Supplier Management: Responsible for suppliers management, including human resources suppliers and consultancy suppliers; Assist with procurement in formulating outsourcing service contract terms and adding new suppliers as reserved resources; Analyze and evaluate supplier quality and rate card, establish long-term strategic partnerships with suppliers to ensure high-quality and stable services. 2. Process Management: Responsible for negotiation between Philips business managers and suppliers as a neutral contact window. Provide standard guidance to businesses of workforce outsourcing and SoW process. Negotiate and evaluate the quotation from suppliers based on business needs. Assistant with internal risk control and budget management, sort out deliverables’ acceptance procedure. Follow Global strategies to ensure the implementation of global process standardization. 3. SAP System Management: Use SAP Fieldglass to manage the data of 3rd workforce and SoW orders. Utilize the system for service quality tracking, service milestone management, service budget management and payment management. 4. Data Management: Assist with procurement team complete the saving calculation and forecast in HR category to achieve the regional saving target. 5.
