I was an IT Technician that handles mostly retail client issues as well as some lower priority business customer issues, with all of these handled in the workshop, onsite or remotely. During my time here I have learned many facets of the IT industry including; problem solving, Office365 administration, Windows Server, Windows OS systems, some Mac support problems. I have taken it upon myself to learn HTML, CSS and wordpress as a method of increasing my skills which I work on in my own time. CityPro Computers was aquired by Informed IT late November and I transferred to work with them

Started here as a junior parts interpreter, where my duties included receiving of stock into the warehouse, stock take, dispatch of stock to local mechanics & panel beaters. Towards the end of my time here I was elevated as the main team member who looked after the workshop attached to the spare parts department

Transferred to working with Informed IT after CityPro was acquired by them. I have continued in a similar role as I was at CityPro however this time focusing more system building, problem solving within the workshop and remote support.

Supporting, providing advice and guidance on all IT and AV related issues for Southern Queensland Rural Health locally in Toowoomba and out West towards Roma and Charleville. Operating underneath the ITS organisational unit with UQ
