Josiah is a Building Services Engineer with over 6 years’ of experience in both design and project management. I have taken projects through from the initial client brief through to completion within the private, commercial and public sectors. I have experience in new build as well as refurbishment projects. I have also undertaken feasibility studies, condition surveys for properties both new and old , Project Management, Energy management,Tendering , Construction Supervision, Evaluation of mechanical works , Condition Surveys, Problem Solving, Defects Liability among others . I enjoy trouble shooting Mechanical Services installations within buildings to ensure that work correctly. As a part of a team or working independently, I have designed Mechanical Services at all stages from concept through to project completion including the preparation of the reports and schedules.
