PatchRx is a medication adherence platform improving patient outcomes. Recruited by lead investor Atento Capital as CFO, I guided PatchRx through a strategic pivot from tech-enabled services to a capital-light software/hardware model, securing financings and partnerships that culminated in its acquisition by Custom Health (Aug 2025).

Urbint was founded on the idea that, with real-world data and artificial intelligence, we could efficiently and accurately predict and prevent incidents that threaten critical infrastructure, workers, the community, and the environment. As CFO and Cofounder, I scaled Urbint from seed to Series C ($100M+ total), building and leading finance, HR, and IT functions, guiding M&A, and supporting growth from 5 to 125+ employees. Urbint was acquired by Itron ($ITRI) for $325M in October 2025.

SpotAd is a real-time data science platform empowering mobile-first digital advertising. Managed global financial operations of $15M+ revenue business with entities in Israel, China, US, and the UK.

CompStak is the world's first comprehensive database of commercial real estate lease information. I built the finance function from the ground up, leading SaaS modeling, product pricing, and key operational processes while supporting equity and debt financings.

StreetEasy is the leading residential real estate platform in NYC. I joined as the first finance hire to support the CEO and COO with operational scale and Series B financing which rapidly shifted into an acquisition by Zillow for $50M.

Promoted from Associate to Senior Associate at KPMG, a Big Four global firm, I led audit and advisory engagements across Europe and the US, focusing on financial reporting, compliance, and risk management for multinational clients.
