Josh Simon

Josh Simon moved his family to Waimea, Hawaii in June 2021 and officially retired from JLL in November where he was a Senior Managing Director in the Denver office. With over 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate and finance industry, Josh completed capitalizations on a broad range of product types including multi-housing, industrial, retail, office, and hotel properties. During the course of his career, Josh capitalized in excess of $15 billion in commercial real estate transactions. Josh joined HFF in January 2012 and co-found the Denver office. Prior to joining HFF, Josh was a Vice President in the Denver office of CBRE Capital Markets-Debt and Equity Finance Group. Josh began his career at CB Richard Ellis in the Wheel Program, which is an industry leading training program that focuses on in-depth sales, marketing and management skills. Josh, along with his wife Dr. Rae, founded Infinite Waters in 2014 to begin investing in real estate and other equities alongside his friends and clients. Since inception, their portfolio has grown to 40 properties totaling over 9,000 multifamily units and over 450,000 industrial square feet in 13 different states. Josh is serving as Partner of Peakview Investments, a Partner of West Oaks 5, formerly on the Board of Directors and strategic planning committee for the Brent Eley Foundation (Brent’s Place) and is coaching basketball for Parker School.
