As the Manager of Enterprise Engineering, I oversee the development and production support for a wide range of Enterprise platforms within my organization. In this role, I handle multiple projects simultaneously while building and managing a diverse team of engineers from various disciplines responsible for providing deep technical skills in IT Architecture, design and Infrastructure. My responsibilities include formulating and executing strategies, collaborating with other leaders, and ensuring effective coordination. By actively communicating with stakeholders, I listen attentively and understand their business needs, leveraging my experience and insight to guide strategic decision-making and deliver effective solutions.
