• Daily duties include: property value analysis, repair cost estimate analysis, marketing, networking with potential investors, networking with potential buy sources, representing the company at real estate investment expos/trade shows, meeting with new/existing clients, writing/amending contracts, coordinating closings, and training new hires.

• Program Development between DISA, eight product developers and multiple Theater level Combatant Commands worldwide, for $150,000,000 program. • Providing Tier 1,2, & 3 support for GCCS-J program at DISA, as well as fielded sites worldwide. • Received, analyzed, and resolved 600+ customer-originated problem reports.

• In charge of build, maintenance, patch/version updates, and functional testing on six server racks containing five system suites, 150+ VMs, on five subnets. • Additional duties include client install/testing, providing program/application demonstrations, attending customer conferences as PMO representative, inventory management of lab equipment, and field support.

• Provided both classroom and on-site training for 500+ military and civilian users located on military installations throughout the Middle East. • Built/wrote lesson plans and instructions, as well as User Manuals and Instructor Guides between 5-250 pages for customers. • Provided functional systems training for the GCCS-J suite of applications which include: o C2PC: Windows client based ground and satellite based GPS field tracking and reporting system. o ICSF: Mapping visualization tool onto which graphical representations of GPS tracked entities are plotted. o Agile Client: 3D visualization tool based on the Google Earth engine for display of GPS tracked entities. o JC2CUI: Web-based widget visualization client based on the Ozone Widget Framework. o AWS/AWSWEB: Client and web based database search and intelligence analysis tools. o AWS Web: Web based database search and intelligence analysis tool. o IMOM: Flight planning and radar/weapon system analysis tool. o JTAT: Terrain and soil composition analysis tool for force-on-force threat analysis. o JTT: Web based database target query, development, analysis, and execution tool. o JIVE: Java based imagery and video exploitation tool. o IMGMGR/ITS/ITS Web: Client and web based tools for search and exploitation of imagery and videos from national level stored databases.

• Supervisor of an eight man Electronic Emissions Intelligence Analysis (ELINT) Watch Section for Coast Guard Command MIFCLANT. • Over sought Theater-level High Interest Vessel tracking. • Conducted analysis work on, and provided operator training for a RF emissions collection and analysis tool, GALE-Lite. • Maintained mission essential system operability, maximum uptime for the US Coast Guard headquarters for the Atlantic (MIFCLANT). • Built reports targeting foreign enemy military entities. • Input 1000s of targeting files and products into worldwide targeting database (MIDB). • Conducted validation on actionable targets in warzone theater of operations (CENTCOM). • Conducted intelligence and pattern/trend analysis on criminal and insurgent activity for the 18th MP BDE for Baghdad and the surrounding areas. • Received Army Commendation Medal (ARCOM) for my efforts filling an O-3 (as an E-4) position at 205th MI BDE HQ (3,500+ soldier command), while providing daily actionable intelligence on enemy operations during the ground war with the Iraqi Republican Guard to command staff. • Provided actionable intelligence which led to the apprehension or mitigation of the leadership of dozens of acting enemy insurgent cells. • Created four new graphical symbols used in representing Military Operations Other Than War (MOOTW) events, to track and catalog insurgent activity. • Represented Multi-National Coalition Forces in Iraq (MNC-I) as liaison to Combined Air Operations Center (CAOC) in Al Udeid, Qatar, in order to allocate air assets in the protection of critical national level Iraqi infrastructure. • Briefed General Staff (MNC-I) on a daily basis concerning enemy actions, as well as US and Coalition military response.
