My role bridges technical execution with strategic coordination to enhance cross-border and local payment experiences across diverse markets. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end integration of new and existing payment channels (e.g., e-wallets, credit/debit cards, BNPL, bank transfers) within Lazada’s ecosystem. Including API Development, E2E Integration testing, etc. - Design and implement scalable payment solutions tailored to local market needs across SEA countries. - Monitor payment channel performance metrics (e.g., success rate, latency, cost) and drive continuous improvements. - Developed an Antom AI Automation Workflow utilizing Java, Spring Boot and Spring AI, reducing the overall project work days by 40%
