Working in aerospace manufacturing with hands-on experience in major assembly operations for satellite and space communication systems. My role focuses on supporting the build, integration, inspection, and testing of advanced aerospace hardware used in mission-critical space infrastructure. I work in a high-precision manufacturing environment where quality, discipline, attention to detail, and process compliance are essential. My experience includes supporting phased array assembly, structural testing processes, mechanical integration, tool handling, hardware preparation, production documentation, and cross-functional coordination with engineering and manufacturing teams. Key responsibilities include: • Supporting major assembly operations for aerospace and satellite-related hardware • Assisting with phased array and structural components used in space communication systems • Performing detailed hardware preparation, inspection, and assembly support • Following engineering drawings, work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards • Working with specialized tools, fixtures, and production equipment • Supporting structural testing, verification, and manufacturing readiness activities • Maintaining clean, organized, and controlled work areas for aerospace production • Collaborating with technicians, engineers, quality teams, and production leads to meet operational goals • Contributing to high-reliability manufacturing processes where every detail matters This role has strengthened my technical discipline, aerospace manufacturing knowledge, problem-solving ability, and understanding of how advanced space systems are built from the ground up.
