Execute in vivo and ex vivo studies to assess the efficacy, mechanisms of action, and ADME properties of molecular glue degraders in various in vivo cancer models. Maintain and expand cancer cell lines in vitro and implant cells subcutaneously. Perform large PK/PD takedowns to confirm plasma exposure and collect tumor tissue to investigate target engagement through Western blot and qPCR.

Administer small molecule compounds and biologics to tumor-bearing mice, including syngeneic, cell derived xenograft, genetically engineered and humanized mouse models. Design and execute intricate in vivo studies, including resistance model generation and rational combination studies. Conducted maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting on diagnostic equipment to ensure optimal performance and reduce downtime. Supported medical device setup and resolved technical issues during QC workflows. Studied the physiological and behavioral impact of non-24-hour light/dark cycles in murine models to assess endocrine circadian disruption.
