• Perform pre-site, startup, repair, preventive maintenance and field modification on Company manufactured equipment as assigned by the Customer Care Center. • Provide site supervision to other FSE’s on assigned projects. • Complete all administrative responsibilities on all work activities including field service reports, expense reports, preventive maintenance and startup data sheets and daily time card completion. • Provide telephone support for customers and Field Service Associates. • Work with customers, electricians, sales partners, technical support, DSM and RSD to resolve escalated issues. • Must operate within all Company published guidelines. • Demonstrate positive customer relationship building and management skills. • Satisfactorily complete assigned product and customer relation skills training courses. • Customer familiarization and Operator Training Class presentations. • On the job training of Field Service Associates. • Conducts training seminars for Field Service Associates and or approved Service Partners. • Performs site visits with Service Partners, evaluates technical and professional performance. • Assists Field Project Manager on larger system startups, will assume some project management responsibilities as required. • Will act on behalf of the District Service Manager to resolve operational issues as required. • Other duties as assigned by the District Service Manager and or Regional Service Director.

• Troubleshoot and Run Diagnostics • Conduct Preventive Maintenance and Emergency Repairs on Critical Facilities Equipment • Participates in the preparation of analyses and reports on the data center infrastructure, develops project plans, and conducts briefings and presentations • Operate and perform both routine and emergency service on a variety of state-of-the-art critical systems, including but not limited to; medium voltage switchgear, diesel generators, paralleling switchboards, UPS, PDU, and building monitoring systems • Operate and perform both routine and emergency service on chillers, HVAC, cooling towers, computer room air handlers, fire detection/suppression • Ensures that operational, maintenance, and emergency methods of procedure (MOP's and SOP's) are developed and strictly adhered to and assist with CMMS database management.

-MSAT LPO - Managed 4 personnel in the review of over 3100 technical documents and publications needed to support operations, troubleshooting and maintenance of ships equipment/systems. -Work Authorization Form Coordinator - Coordinated with multiple companies reviewing and coordinating 600 plus work request ensuring all safety and technical documentation was accurate prior to approval during the ships extended shipyard overhaul. - Supervised 12-18 technicians as Leading Petty Officer in the maintenance, operation, and troubleshooting of the AEGIS Weapon system during the restoration of all systems upon completion of ships extended shipyard overhaul. - Managed, trained, and ensured Combat System and Engineering Department cohesion as Combat Systems Officer of the Watch (CSOOW), Combat Systems Duty Officer (CSDO), and as a member of the Combat Systems Training Team (CSTT).

-Provided training to 38 watch teams consisting of Combat Systems Coordinator (CSC), Radar System Controller (RSC) and Missile System Supervisor (MSS) during Ballistic Missile Defense (BMD) exercises and qualifications. Work with a team to analyze intelligence, develop and implement BMD training scenarios exercising strategic and regional defense missions.

- Supervised 4-6 technicians in the maintenance, operation, and troubleshooting techniques of the AEGIS SPY-1D(V) RADAR as Work Center Supervisor, while onboard USS Arleigh Burke, DDG-51. - Supervised 12-18 technicians in the maintenance, operation, and troubleshooting of the AEGIS Weapon system through 2 deployments, 2 INSURV's and various other operations. - Managed, trained, and ensured Combat System and Engineering Department cohesion as Combat Systems Officer of the Watch (CSOOW), Combat Systems Duty Officer (CSDO), and as a member of the Combat Systems Training Team (CSTT). - Served as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) during Doctrine Review Boards (DRB) ensuring all senior watch team members were knowledgeable on how the SPY RADAR was being operated and it’s interoperability with other systems. - Collateral duties included Training Supervisor, Combat System Training Team, and Ships 3M Assistant.

- Provided training to fleet Radio Detection and Ranging (RADAR) System Controllers for the SPY-1 RADAR to maximize tactical employment of the AEGIS Weapon System. Trained operators on the controls, capabilities and limitations of the SPY-1 RADAR to include Search, Detection, Track, Environmental Management (Clutter control), Loading, Electronic Attack/Electronic Protection, and Threat Missiles. - Trained shipboard personnel, at an advanced level, the skills necessary to perform self-assessment and systems groom (SAGT) for the shipboard AN/SPY-1D(V) RADAR system and Combat System Auxiliary Support systems. Trained graduates to perform the operational tests and diagnostics for maintenance of the AN/SPY-1D(V) Signal Processor and Transmitter Group, recognize and interpret the malfunction indications, perform systematic fault isolation procedures and describe the alignment and adjustment procedures to support preventative and documented corrective maintenance. - Provided Officers and Enlisted sailors assigned to AEGIS ships with the knowledge and skills necessary to operated and employ the AEGIS Combat System onboard AEGIS ships in a multi-warfare environment, under all conditions of readiness to reinforce individual watchstanders to perform in a team environment during Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) Advanced Warfare Training (AWT). - Course Supervisor for multiple SPY, IAMD, and Ballistic Missile Defense (BMD) courses, in charge of ensuring, monitoring, and validating admin, security, and test item analysis.

• Supervised 8 technicians in the maintenance, operation, and troubleshooting techniques of the AEGIS SPY-1D(V) RADAR as Work Center Supervisor, while onboard USS Howard, DDG-83. • Managed, trained, and ensured Combat System and Engineering Department cohesion as Combat Systems Officer of the Watch (CSOOW), Combat Systems Duty Officer (CSDO), and as a member of the Combat Systems Training Team (CSTT). • Served as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) during Doctrine Review Boards (DRB) ensuring all senior watch team members were knowledgeable on how the SPY RADAR was being operated and it’s interoperability with other systems.

Completed TACTOE and AWS Baseline 9 training.
