As both a practicing oral surgeon and a senior leader in one of the region’s fastest-growing dental organizations, I bridge the gap between exceptional clinical care and innovative practice management. I currently serve as President of Leading Edge Specialized Dentistry and Chief Oral Surgery Officer at Dental365, where I lead clinical strategy, specialist development, and network integration across more than 160 dental practices. Alongside my leadership responsibilities, I continue to treat patients weekly, maintaining a hands-on role in the field and staying closely connected to the evolving needs of both patients and providers. My journey began in private practice, where I developed a deep understanding of both the clinical and operational sides of dentistry. That foundation has helped me lead at scale, first as Senior Vice President of Clinical Affairs and Chief Oral Surgeon at Premier Care Dental Management (PCDM), and now as a driving force behind the growth of Dental365 and its specialty division, Leading Edge. Today, I’m passionate about reshaping what a dental organization can be. We invest heavily in education (like our Advanced Learning Series), technology (including AI and molecular diagnostics like our Saliva Score test), and collaborative care models that connect general dentists and specialists in meaningful ways.
