Administer systems running Linux (RHEL/CentOS 6 & 7) Support and configure VMs using VMWare for multiple users Responsible for NetApp storage administration Veritas NetBackup Configure and support Cisco & Brocade switches/firewalls/routers Support firewall configurations, SELinux and rsyslog Support applications such as GitLab, Jira, Atlassian and Confluence.

• Perform daily back up checks and remediation for Back Up/ Disaster Recovery customers through Dell AppAssure software. • Use Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange to add, terminate and/or make any changes to the user account based on the client requirement and environment. • Resolve issues ranging from critical (Offline server, fail over cluster and low disk space) or Active Directory issues and implementations, PC and user provision (virus cleanup, software and hardware installation), Citrix, outlook and exchange, Server backups and daily monitoring. • Remote access solution implementation and support: Citrix, Terminal service, and VPN. • Contribute to the development of documentation relating to systems engineering. (Requirement specifications, System Engineering Plans, Interface Control Documents) • Access software updates, drivers, knowledge bases, and frequently asked questions resources on the Internet to aid in problem resolution. • Perform hands-on fixes at the desktop level, including installing and upgrading software, installing hardware, implementing file backups, and configuring systems and applications. •Technical support at the network level: WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and system security. • Assist with the development of system requirements, functional requirements. • Assist with allocation of hardware, software, facility and personnel components throughout the company. • Responsible for ensuring all system requirements and derived requirements are met and compatible with current system architecture.

• Provide full recruitment lifecycle support to Prometric's Operations business groups for permanent and contract positions. • Develop direct recruiting methodologies; pro-actively identify, contact and develop relationships with potential new employees. • Develop partnerships with hiring managers to define core competencies for each function and develop targeted key evaluators for the interview process. • Manage candidate engagement through entire recruiting process and close candidates with verbal offers and formal offer letters. • Provide recruiting workflow updates to appropriate hiring managers in a timely and efficient manner. Proactively provide management with regular recruiting status updates, identifying problem areas and potential solutions. • Manage projects and coordinate with stakeholders throughout the U.S to ensure delivery and expected results.

• Process all new hire paperwork, following up as required to insure that all documentation is completed and accurate prior to the new employee start date as outlined in the new hire checklist. Responsible for the onboarding of all new hires in 115 U.S locations. • Prepare and generate candidate correspondence including offer letters, interview status updates, and declinations. • Complete I-9 and E-Verify compliance within 3 days of new hire start date. • Coordinate the employment verifications and background check process for all new hires. • Maintain personnel records according to government regulations and to ensure confidentiality. • Act as Prometric liaison for IRS contract to facilitate completion of time sensitive background checks for staff and contractors. • Coordinate Employee Referral Program.
