As a member of Nasdaq's Corporate Strategy Team, I work closely with executive leaders across our businesses and expert functions to vet new growth areas and execute high-priority projects across the enterprise.

Worked with Emerald’s Investment research team and portfolio managers to assist them with the research and analysis of public companies primarily in the domestic small-cap investment universe. This includes background reviews of SEC filings, analysis of financial performance, competitive analysis, constructing financial models, and reviewing earnings conference calls held by public company senior management teams.

Organized two theme nights with sponsors (Bark-in-the-Park and Back-to-School Night). Developed fund raising packages for large groups and organizations. Ensured promotions were executed properly at retailers around the county. Worked directly with ownership to improve the summer intern program. -Contacted over 100 minor league teams -Conducted market research to determine best practices -Presented research and recommendations which were implemented in 2017

Chemical inventory clean-up. Took physical inventory of the thousands of chemicals in the company’s three factories and used a computer program, SiteHawk, to activate chemicals that were in use and archive ones that had become obsolete. Results included: -Saved the company money as they had to pay for every active chemical in the database. -Increased productivity by reducing the size of the database, making it easier for factory workers to find the chemicals when looking for Safety Data Sheets and other information. Documented safety processes and developed safety training and tools.
