• Lead the business teams through end-to-end Lean continuous improvement projects in Component Services Division, including organizing Kaizen events, performing Value Stream Mapping, adoption of SAP enhancements and new technologies • Analysing the current business processes and digital architecture for Inventory Management and Component Workshops Departments (part of Component Services Division) • S4HANA Migration Project – Work with SAP consultants, business users, internal division managers and upper management in blueprinting and redesigning the future business processes and digital architecture to ensure scalability by applying Lean principles, value-stream mapping, performing cost-benefit analysis of business processes and new digital architecture

• Ensure the smooth running of fleet management services for airlines • Serve as the point of contact for customer‑related matters • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed • Prepare and deliver executive review meetings and reports • Prepare key performance index (KPI) reports for management reporting • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within fleet management services • Product Owner for several SAP enhancement projects – collaborate with scrum master and developers to develop and implement an SAP web-based customer portal and SAP enhancements to improve materials distribution planning and operational KPIs
