I am in a position that is salary based and primarily responsible for upkeep of their internal computers system, as well as wireless network for customer use. I am also repsonsible for heavy machinery upkeep and repair. These machines include a full size oven, sheeter, pan washer, proof box, and glazer.

As a customer assistant for Best Buy I was required to move throughout the entire store and be on call for any difficult question that may need answering in every department. I could stick with a customer for the extent of their shopping experience, allowing me to tailor each shopping experience to the individual. This promoted return customers, and customers would often ask for specific a customer assistant when shopping at Best Buy frequently.

I currently educate and teach teenager students weekly, and attend meetings 1-2 days each week in regards to what the group is doing. This is a paid position, and I am directly accountable to a board of elders. 1 mission trip is expected per year. I am responsible for every aspect of the mission trip, from fund raising to executing the trip.

I currently work for ftwilliam.com as their primary System Administrator. This involves working with multiple domain controllers running Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Samba. The System Administrator position is responsible for the Milwaukee Location and the Madison Location. We also have a group of users that work from home, which also falls under the responsibilities of the System Administrator. As part of this position I am also required to maintain two different database locations. One houses our primary production server while the other is our backup location.
