Led day-to-day operations of the Richmond location, managing a small, high-performing team and delivering a strong member experience. Focused on community health, operational excellence, and empowering the community.

Led events and communications to drive member engagement and brand presence. Designed and delivered a diverse events program while shaping Inspire9’s voice across the community, partners, and the broader ecosystem.

Worked closely with vendors and traders to deliver marketing and communications for major QVM events, including the Summer and Winter Night Markets. Led social media strategy and multi-channel campaigns in partnership with external agencies, while supporting event coordination, stakeholder management and brand governance. Provided ongoing marketing support and business guidance to a network of 1,000+ day and night market traders.

Joined Advisor, a venture-backed San Francisco startup supporting founders to build strong, compliant businesses. Contributed through a period of team growth (9 > 16) and a full rebrand from Startupperz.

Managed two visitor services units, Queen Victoria Market Tours and the Electrolux Cooking School. Supporting client liaison for private and corporate events, on-site event operations, and staff recruitment and rostering for guides, chefs and kitchen teams. Delivered marketing campaigns, built and managed social media channels, developed collateral, and designed seasonal class and tour schedules working.

Supported on-the-ground event operations, including bump-in and bump-out for large and small-scale events such as the Suzuki Night Market.
