Montana, which addressed the quantum of proof required for warrantless home entry to provide emergency aid. - Secured federal jury verdict denying $450 million trade-secret claim relating to immuno-oncology antibodies. - Secured federal jury verdict of non-infringement and invalidity in patent dispute over computer storage technology. - Obtained dismissal of $341 million claim in international arbitration involving distribution of innovative cancer drugs. - Briefed RLUIPA issues for minority religious groups at the Eleventh Circuit. - Successfully defended a computer networking company in a multi-million dollar breach-of-contract appeal before the New York Appellate Division. - Served as counsel of record in an Eleventh Circuit case involving express preemption under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act.

Published articles in the Wall Street Journal, Washington Post, Newsweek, and other outlets. Participated in Federalist Society-sponsored debates with faculty at elite law schools about constitutional theory and the Fourteenth Amendment.

- Successfully petitioned for certiorari and prevailed at the U.S. Supreme Court in Vega v. Tekoh, which addressed whether Miranda violations may give rise to Section 1983 liability. - Represented major technology clients in groundbreaking Section 230 litigation and briefed dispositive motions asserting immunity from website liability for user-submitted content. - Preserved an $89 million international arbitration award from D.C. Circuit challenge. - Developed novel statutory arguments for third-party release in bankruptcy appeal before the Second Circuit.
