A passionate strategic partnership and project manager, I work towards breaking down barriers for local accessibility, globally. I get excited about finding different strategies and organisational initiatives aimed at creating positive impacts on communities around the world. I leverage my professional and personal experiences daily to bring authenticity and realistic strategies for creating new opportunities in local communities. My work in creating the first community engagement programme at Waterstones set me on the path to a career working in organisational impact. A varied experience thereafter has focused my work in getting organisations involved and excited about the importance of community impact. This work allows companies to create innovative and groundbreaking strategies, aimed at reducing traditional barriers for local workforces and communities. This fosters better opportunities for both the companies and the regions they operate in. Seeing these positive impacts from organisations around the world gives me and my colleague's reasons to smile :)

CoderDojo is the world’s largest network of free, informal and volunteer-led technology and coding clubs for people aged 7 to17 years. In 2017 we became part of the Raspberry Pi Foundation family, making us part of the biggest charitable entity dedicated to putting the power of computing and digital making into the hands of people all over the world. I work with partners globally to grow the world's largest network of free, informal technology and coding clubs. We ensure young people have access to high-quality educational content, can showcase and inspire each other at high-profile international events such as Coolest Projects and that there is a support system in place for our Global network of volunteers.
