My role as Development Manager is to provide strategic planning, project management, and financial oversight in new build development projects. My responsibilities begin with the site identification and acquisition stage through due diligence and approvals to construction. Every development project has challenges and issues that need to be overcome, and my role is to deploy strong leadership and problem solving skills in order to guide the process so that budgeted dollars and time frames are met and outcomes are consistent with quality expectations. Additional Responsibilities include: •Communicate and manage all issues and risks affecting the projects; •Communicate project status to project participants and stakeholders accurately and on time. Develop and implement solutions to correct necessary deviation; •Lead and manage a large team of professional consultants to ensure effective project delivery; •Develop and manage budgets for development projects together with the Executive Team during the site acquisition phase. Appraise and profile the associated risks for development; •Manage the site Due Diligence process in order to ensure that all development risks are identified and quantified; •Manage the approval and permitting phase of the development process and ensure approvals are in line with company requirements while maintaining positive relations with municipal staff; •Manage the detailed design phase of the projects, ensuring strict adherence to corporate specifications and attention to cost management; •Ensure that the projected expenditure is under constant review and any anticipated deviations are highlighted and controlled.

Land Development specialist with experience in residential, commercial, mixed use, and industrial development. I have experience working through the entire life-cycle on a number of projects, from due diligence review and site acquisition, to project construction. Additional responsibilities include project management, client management, and business development. Experienced with the following planning approval processes: - Official Plan Amendments; - Zoning By-law Amendments; - Draft Plan of Subdivision; - Draft Plan of Condominium; - Site Plan Control Approval; - Consents (severances, lot additions, easement registration); and - Minor Variances.

Responsibilities included: - Overseeing the planning and development procedures for Amico's residential, and commercial developments; - Project Management; - Residential Lot Sale Manager - Business Development; and - Coordination of Project Buildout.
