A driving force behind the global expansion of Anytime Fitness, Josh helped launch the UK market—working closely with investors and head office teams to train new franchisees and build clubs from the ground up. His operational expertise, team leadership, and unmatched sales ability (he still holds the record for most individual sales worldwide across Anytime Fitness) have cemented his reputation as one of the industry’s most driven and capable leaders. Josh has opened 30+ Anytime Fitness clubs globally and brings deep insight into what it takes to scale sustainable, member-first businesses. As Director of AFC, he champions a people-first, performance-driven culture where staff are supported, communities are prioritised, and careers are built from the ground up—just like his own.
