As an Aircraft Loadmaster, I am responsible for ensuring that cargo and passengers are loaded, secured, and escorted safely during flights. My focus is to maintain the safety of the aircraft, crew, and passengers by ensuring proper weight distribution and passenger comfort. As part of my job, I also handle the rigging and execution of cargo and paratrooper airdrop operations.

The mission of the International Military Student Office is to provide for and coordinate the total support of International Military Students during their C-130H/J model aircrew and maintenance training at Little Rock Air Force Base. The support requirements include administrative, academic, financial, educational (Field Studies Program - FSP), social, personal, and cultural considerations. The International Military Student Officer (IMSO) serves as the central point of contact for all international issues. Under the Security Assistance Training Program, allied countries send students to receive the best tactical airlift training available. The goal of this program is to: Foster the foreign country’s development of its own professional/technical training capability; Promote the U.S. military rapport with the armed forces of the foreign country; Promote a better understanding of the United States, its people, political system, institutions and way of life; and Increase awareness of the United States’ Commitment to the basic principles of human rights.

As a manager, I led two dynamic teams with different responsibilities. The first team of five was responsible for maintaining and enhancing the unit's student training devices, aids, and instructional resources for the instructor cadre.
