As a start member in China office of a native in-video advertisement technology company . working with Youku,the biggest oneline video platform in China, and top-level entertaining online content. - In charge of all campaign deliveries in China as the head of China ad ops - Lead China operations team and work closely with different functional teams in Mumbai and London office to deliver large amount of media on a daily basis and close campaigns in few days or 1-2 weeks. - Handle majority conversation with both different teams inside video platforms , brands and agencies about delivery plans and all changes needs to made. - Working with dev team in London office weekly to update internal tools including project managing tools , production softwares and cloud to make collabaration between different teams in different time-zones more smoother and efficient.

Planning all kinds of social video content including campaigns/ influencer integrations/PR content for Ford across Asia Pacific. Shooting / Editing video assets, coordinating with agency partners and vendors for project.
