About
With over 8 cumulative years in precision machining and quality control, my mission has been to ensure zero-error production, safeguarding the integrity of critical aerospace and highly technical fiber optic components. My core competencies revolve around meticulous inspection, employing tools like MicroVu, CMM, Optical Comparator, and precision gauges to uphold the most stringent GD&T tolerances. My dedication mirrors my company's commitment to excellence, and my role has been pivotal in reinforcing the shared goal of delivering flawless parts where precision is crucial. Blueprint, CAD, & Specification Criteria all coincide with intricate collaboration from machinists, operators, & engineers, scrutinizing physical components to meet exacting standards. This requires a keen eye for detail and proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, leveraging precision tools and skills that I have honed and demonstrated consistently throughout my career.

Quality Control Technician
Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex
Responsible for Daily Measurements of onsite injection molded fiber optics precision parts to ensure conformity and compliance mirror company engineering and precise quality standards. Test Runs and Pre-Production Runs rely on identifying any defects or out of spec dimensions prior to moving to Production. Primary daily focus is completing regular inspections & critical dimension measurements for all injection molded fittings in an expedited manner. Opening new lots, while supporting the manufacturing process using the latest equipment & procedures is a must to provide accurate order fulfillment. Working with the QC Inspection Team helps to identify defects very quickly. Running Containment on a time-based Inspection System allow parts to be sequestered and put on Hold before a possible issue turns into a problem. Timely tracking/traceability is a must! Multi-tasking in a fast paced Production Environment makes my job very engaging, interesting, and fulfilling every day.

QC Lead Inspector / FAI Approval
Euless, Texas, United States
Worked in the aerospace fitting department as the Lead Quality Control Inspector. I supervised / managed two other Inspectors under me. All parts comprised of different engine components for commercial & military aircraft. Crucial parts had to be held under very strict tolerances. No room for error as parts would travel around from lathes to mills & back to inspection. My daily responsibility were to precisely measure First Articles. Machinists would turn in parts for FAI inspection/approval, in respect to the blueprint tolerances. Once approved, I would release the part to finish going through all the Lathe/Mill/Deburring processes until it returned for Final Inspection. Multiple precision tools were used to measure all dimensions conforming to the blueprints and the GD&T tolerances. While I was at Davis, I was able to achieve my GD&T certification & was moved to Lead Inspector after a very short time.

Multi-Axis Grinder Operator - At Iscar Metals I work with Engineers' Blueprints to customize specific needs for our clients. Working on a Multi-Axis CNC Machine, I develop the Carbide Inserts which go into Tooling to fit into machining parts for multiple applications. I specifically make PENTA inserts which have to be held to an extremely precise tolerance of +/- .002mm and often +/- .001mm. I pride myself in making 100% quality parts with ZERO customer returns. I have honed my skills in AutoCAD and have become very proficient in producing consistent, quality parts. I have received several accolades for outstanding quality & workmanship. I enjoy the precise attention to detail that my job requires. The list below will give you some idea of some of my achievements and accolades at ISCAR: •Dramatically Increased PENTA Production by 350% with lowest scrap rate in company history •Create & adjust prints from engineering using AutoCAD •Setup / Program machine to run carbide inserts •Maintain & dress different diamond coated wheels for cutting purposes. 30° & 20° V Wheels with .05mm - .09mm radius on Direct Cutting Edge. Other Custom Wheels set up for Customized Jobs / Blueprints. •Learned to program Fanuc System R-30iA Robotic Arm & Multiple Pallet System for loading & unloading efficiently • Up to 72 hour automation of machine for Weekend Automation. On weeknights, Nightly Automation would run from 3:30pm until I returned the following morning at 7:00am with all dimensions still being held in tolerance •Usage of metric system to hold +/- .001mm or .010 MICRONS •Usage of Mitutoyo Comparator to inspect form & angles of tools & inserts •Usage of Keyence Image Measuring System for dimensions to make adjustments using AutoCAD •Trained multiple employees on multi axis grinding machine so Production would not suffer when I was taking vacation. Remotely logged in to assist operators to ensure Tolerances were constantly held. •Averaged 20+ billable hours per day

Wrote complex queries and Stored Procedures utilizing multiple JOINS, UPDATES, INSERTS, & other scripts. Created Views to streamline customer login processes and validation. Worked in a fast-paced, short-term contract assignment. Created and edited multiple websites based on a Multilevel Marketing (MLM) platform. This system used formulas and precise calculations of data and commissions for a pyramid structure. Development environments used Team Foundation Server (TFS) and some VSS (Visual Source Safe). Some of the languages that I worked with were Classic ASP, ASP.NET, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Jquery, AJAX, JSON, RESTful Services, some C# and PHP.

Web Developer / Digital Media & Marketing
● IT SUPPORT – Worked solely as the only IT support position in the Dallas office. Maintained the company PCs and Servers and would fix any hardware or software issues that would come up. Helpful with the installation and configuration of a new Network and would troubleshoot any Network issues, such as mapping printers, configuring email accounts, etc. Wrote logon scripts to do Network-wide software or Operating System updates to kick off automatically when each user logged on. I was responsible daily website server deployments. ● Software Developer / Graphics Designer – Coded many applications and updated the company website (and mobile websites / apps) in many ways using mostly Classic ASP code. Working for this real estate firm I also developed each individual Real Estate Agent’s websites. These were done using WordPress templates and customized PHP code. I helped implement a template based system so that the website would not have to be created from scratch each time. An XML feed would bring over all data to the PHP WordPress sites from our local databases that would get a daily import of the MLS system data. Modified the XML feeds to be customized to each individual real estate agent's personal website and their requests. ● Email Marketing Creator / Digital Campaign Creator - I created videos and other types of digital media which were posted to the Web each week. I worked in the Marketing Department with weekly meetings to share new Marketing ideas, with a high emphasis on Social Media and SEO. Employed new Email Campaigns for the time of year or season that it was which would be mass-emailed in an HTML format. I set up a system to record all the email clicks or "hits" and "click-throughs" that would determine the user's activities. I worked closely with the Social Media team to ensure all web content was getting maximum exposure and better ranking SEO each week through Google Analytics.

● IT Desktop and Server Support – Maintained and managed website servers. I was responsible for troubleshooting and fixing any Network or Hardware / Software related issues on all Employee Desktop PCs. Built computers from scratch using individual parts to suit each new Employee’s needs. Organized permissions to access shared drives and VPN access from home. ● Email Marketing Campaign Director – Developed and maintained a website called BMW EDOCS in which, say, an individual BMW dealership would periodically send out correspondence to his/her favorite customers. Using this they could choose from about 60 templates and choose their customer from pre-populated drop down data boxes. Most content would dynamically fill based on Customer Info / Dealership Location / Etc. This would then generate a Dynamic HTML email on the fly and email this out to the customer, as well as send off a print file to a service that would print out high gloss mailings and actually send them to the customer in the US mail as well. ● Marketing Manager for the BMW of North America Marketing Website - I was solely in charge of this website for about 10 years. I dealt with the Advertising Agencies directly and creating Print Ads, Billboard Ads, TV Ads, Radio Ads, and Website Banner Ads.
