Manage and oversee regular cycle count and stock takes to assist loss prevention within the store Responsible for team motivation to ensure sales targets were achieved and exceeded Responsible for recruitment including interviews, training and giving feedback Effective use of Excel for team rotas, stock reports and trade reports. Closing the store which involved cashing up, ensuring impeccable standards and preparing for the next day Ensuring all health and safety standards are met and also standards from head office Covering stockroom supervisor which included managing the stock room team, size replenishment for shop floor, ordering products, deliveries and collections Proactively network (internally) across store and management level to understand and deliver performance on business objectives

* Home installations of Sky products. * Servicing Sky products and satellite dishes. * Up selling and cross selling Sky products to new and current customers.
