I am well versed in all aspects of leasing, sales, consulting, and management of commercial and industrial properties and expanding the retail department. I recently joined NIA National Realty, Inc. located in Paramus, New Jersey as the new Managing Director. NIA National Realty, Inc. is the only commercial real estate company located directly on Route 17, just north of Route 4, in Paramus, NJ the retail capital of America. NIA National Realty, Inc. was founded in 1986 by Roger Gross, President, Broker of Record and Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). The company started with an industrial foundation but quickly evolved to include retail, office and investment properties. My first priority as the Managing Director is to expand our staff and hire experience brokers who work in the industrial, office, and retail markets throughout New Jersey and to grow our management company. NIA National Realty, Inc. comprises a team of experienced brokers in all aspects of commercial real estate. Our professionals work with Sellers, Buyers, Landlords, Tenants and Investors and currently have over fifty exclusive listings in the Paramus area.
