Working in the New York office, would see all new development projects that would come through from the sales team, and help coordinate between the design department, and production. Sample ready dates would be transmitted to the sales team, and design specs would be drawn up, based upon the specifications of the samples. Also worked in our CAD software to draw and cut samples.

• Provided exceptional customer service, assisting in the purchasing and training on new computers and 3rd party goods, exceeding sales quotas • Maintained expertise in position through constant training on newly released products • Assisted with "Mac Genius" technical department on technical support and the repairing of computers

I graduated with honors while living in Israel while studying ancient near-east history at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
