i) SAPOT Mobile App In this project, I was tasked with the role of mobile app developer to help build a product which was fully funded by Petronas for a local startup. I contributed to developing a mobile app version of a digital self-care and social support platform, while ensuring scalability, security, and optimal performance for a seamless user experience. ii) Zenro In this project, I was given a task to build a comprehensive online assessment platform for Impacto. I contributed to developing a user-friendly website (frontend) for both admins and end users, enabling them to complete sustainability assessments in a structured, phased manner. iii) Stellar For this PETRONAS project, I am currently working on the automation chart for the pre-cooldown process across all 8 modules. Additionally, I have also resolved various bugs and security vulnerabilities encountered during the development phase.

As part of my responsibilities, I actively maintained the plugins developed by ServiceRocket on Confluence. This involved ensuring the smooth functioning of these plugins and addressing any issues or bugs that arose. I regularly updated the plugins to keep them compatible with the latest version of Confluence and implemented necessary enhancements or modifications as required. In this role, I also performed regular plugin testing to verify their functionality and compatibility with Confluence updates. I collaborated with the development team at ServiceRocket to provide feedback, report any issues, and suggest improvements for the plugins. Overall, my experience involved proactively managing and maintaining ServiceRocket plugins on Confluence, ensuring their reliability, compatibility, and usability for the clients.

In this role, I was responsible for maintaining and developing enhancement features on the internal team's admin dashboard. This included addressing bugs and issues to ensure its smooth operation, as well as implementing new functionalities based on stakeholder requirements. I collaborated closely with the team, actively gathering feedback and incorporating their suggestions into the development process. As the primary point of contact for the admin dashboard, I actively monitored its functionality and conducted regular maintenance to ensure its reliability. This included diagnosing and fixing any bugs or issues that were reported by the internal team or discovered through testing. I diligently investigated the root causes of these issues and implemented effective solutions to rectify them, ensuring minimal disruption to the team's workflow.

In my professional journey, I had the opportunity to collaborate with clients from different countries, working on a wide range of projects including Web3, web applications, mobile applications, websites, e-commerce sites, and SEO analysis. This global exposure allowed me to gain valuable insights into various industries and cultures, as well as develop a versatile skill set to meet diverse client demands. For each client engagement, I actively engaged in the creation and maintenance of digital solutions tailored to their specific requirements. This involved close collaboration with clients to understand their business objectives, user needs, and technical preferences. From there, I utilized my expertise in web and mobile development to design and build intuitive and user-friendly applications and websites. I also ensured the seamless integration of e-commerce functionality where applicable, providing clients with robust platforms to drive online sales and customer engagement. Furthermore, I conducted SEO analysis to optimize the online presence of client websites, employing strategies to enhance visibility, organic traffic, and search engine rankings.

In 2017, I embarked on my entrepreneurial journey by founding Gonnasign.com, an electronic signing platform similar to HelloSign or SignNow. Although we faced challenges and were unable to achieve profitability after launching in 2018, we made the difficult decision to shut down the venture in the first quarter of 2019 due to a lack of traction in the Malaysian market. Despite this setback, our startup journey was not without success. In October 2018, we participated in the inaugural Lawtech Hackathon in Malaysia, where we combined the concept of eSignature with a chatbot. Remarkably, our innovative solution was recognized, and we were awarded the first prize, marking one of the most significant achievements of our startup experience. Winning the first prize at the Lawtech Hackathon served as a testament to our team's ingenuity, problem-solving skills, and ability to develop cutting-edge solutions. It reinforced our belief in the potential of our entrepreneurial endeavors and the impact we could make in the legal technology landscape. Although Gonnasign.com ultimately closed its doors, the lessons learned, recognition received, and the experience gained from participating in the Lawtech Hackathon have greatly influenced my professional growth. It has fueled my passion for innovation and entrepreneurship, and I am eager to apply the knowledge and skills acquired from this experience to future endeavors in the startup world.

In this role, I was entrusted with the task of customizing a Human Resource and Payroll system from scratch for a job agency located in Penang. This involved closely collaborating with the agency to gain a comprehensive understanding of their HR and payroll processes and developing a tailored solution to meet their specific requirements. Using PHP as the backend language, I created a robust and scalable system that encompassed key functionalities such as employee management, attendance tracking, leave management, payroll processing, and reporting. Additionally, I leveraged my expertise in frontend development, utilizing modern web technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to design an intuitive and user-friendly interface that enhanced user experience and efficiency. Throughout the project, I maintained regular communication with the job agency, incorporating their feedback and conducting rigorous testing to ensure the stability and reliability of the customized system. Overall, my experience involved the end-to-end customization of a Human Resource and Payroll system for a job agency in Penang. Through close collaboration, requirement gathering, and meticulous development using PHP for the backend and modern frontend technologies, I successfully delivered a tailored solution that streamlined the agency's HR and payroll processes.

As a Level 1 IT Support Specialist, I gained valuable working experience in software development and contributed to the creation of robust and innovative solutions. Collaborating closely with senior engineers, I actively participated in the entire software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment. I demonstrated proficiency in programming languages and frameworks, leveraging my technical skills to develop and maintain high-quality code. Through meticulous bug fixing and troubleshooting, I ensured the reliability and performance of software applications. I also actively sought learning opportunities to enhance my knowledge of software engineering best practices and emerging technologies, effectively contributing to the team's success in delivering efficient and user-friendly software solutions.
