With over 33 years of work experience, I am a seasoned marketing and business development professional with a passion for the oil and gas industry. I have a proven track record of delivering strategic solutions, fostering partnerships, and leading teams to achieve growth and success. My core competencies include goal-setting, problem-solving, and decision-making, which enable me to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs. I am currently the General Manager of Marketing and Business Development at JAL International, a leading service provider in the region. As the General Manager of Marketing and Business Development, I am responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of two divisions: JHR, a new recruitment company, and JAL International, a company that offers a range of services related to industrial projects, substation and automation projects, client support services, plant maintenance services, and joint ventures. I also handle the position of Divisional Manager of the Analytical and Instrumentation Division, which caters to the oil and gas, petrochemical, fertilizer, mining, power and utility, and infrastructure sectors. In my role, I leverage my skills in presenting to senior executives, critical thinking, and strategic thinking to create and execute effective marketing and business development plans, identify and pursue new opportunities, and build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
