- Coordinated size and brand changes in a single Feminine Care production line, organizing resources and time to assure production orders were met. - Analyzed major line stops providing root causes and action plans to major issues that ensured non-recurrence and reduced unplanned stops. - Trained employees with standardized operating and maintenance procedures to ensure the success of the start-up of a production line.

- Managed Non Productive Inventory, by organizing the disposal of products in different processes that helped the company lower scrap costs by 1MM$ vs. previous year. - Standardized the process of selling Non Productive Inventory, assuring compliance of internal controls. - Improved process of “Gift Bags” for employees by identifying root causes that led to payment deficit and assured that accounts payable and accounts receivable were settled in the corresponding dates. - Developed a new plan to dispose Non Productive Inventory, that consisted in acquiring individual corrugated boxes with the “Gift Bags” supplier and re-packing the products; this plan was estimated to have increased sales by 1%.
