o Designed and implemented CNC Machine DOEs to deliver data that would go against buying new molds by testing cut paths and drill bit formations on different EVA foams. o Created process parameters for production style runs of 3D printed soles by 24 Formlab printers. o Taught process controls to associate factory workers while overseeing the rest of the production. o Assisted designers with embroidering and fiber laying prototype and limited run production uppers on a Tajima embroidering machine o Ran trials on a Pick and Place robot to troubleshoot and fix misplacement of logos on the Recovery shoe o Designed pallet adjustments through SolidWorks and AutoCAD for new camera recognition o Managed both a dual injection molding machine set up and a vacuum chamber injection molding machines to run DOEs on new EVA material and up to 8 different sole molds at a production style speed.

o Responsible for starting and finishing two challenging, new technology, projects on time for Under Armour and Lululemon. o Interpreted baseline data objectives conveyed by Lululemon and Under Armour’s material spec sheets to improve testing data and the overall engineering design. o Worked on multiple projects as top resource for testing and data analysis for senior engineers. o Assisted in trial runs on sheet extruders. o Actively led weekly meetings providing updates and conclusions of ongoing projects to engineers, marketing, and sales personal. o Demonstrated professional time management and intrapersonal skills when working with project managers and coworkers from other departments on multiple projects.
