Managed $5.3 Billion dollars in professional services spend globally delivering $213 Million in savings, Led the Global initiative for Human Capital Management systems consolidation in order to improve client engagement with the Strategic Sourcing Group. Implemented a demand-planning forum with internal clients and preferred suppliers for IT Staff Augmentation resulting in better leverage opportunities and cost savings. Led professional services component of the IBM insourcing initiative for four thousand contractors and fifty suppliers.
