I have been manufacturing in China, Vietnam, and Korea since 2012 and have traveled around the world 36 times to raise money for the Brightside Hotel Fund, as well as to learn and fine tune manufacturing. We have built thousands of apartments and increased the amenities and design in many people's lives. My next goal is to consolidate the large corporate developers of Multi-Family construction in the US and build a shared platform for innovation, cost efficiencies, and leadership in luxury lifestyles. In my career, I like the visionary and innovation portion a ton. I sometimes get a vivid portrait of the future - however - how far in the future is the unknown quotient, and have missed the mark on timelines both ways. For instance, building design tools for Interior Designers to work with consolidated items from multiple factories was made in 2015. I might, if lucky, get to use this technolgy next year and it be verified as useful. The best thing about being a visual entreprenuer is the beautiful feeling of a product making someone's life better - not in efficiency or monetarily - but in making them feel like a rock star, that is, feeling their own real importance on this planet. And it might sound silly, but to do this thru simple luxuries is in tune with Oscar Wilde and also Frank Lloyd Wright. Moving on, my observation of business and capitalism as it intersects with AI and what is the public and private domains of personal data - well - we all must do something very soon about the nature of this beast. Capitalism plus AI harnessed with ultracomputation equals slavery. But everything is scary and maybe AI will be a pleasant and loving new force. We must decide. To end on a more humorous note - a joke of which I agree "AI will never take away my job...... Only an idiot would do this for a living".
