Focused on laminating section with process efficiency and waste reduction project. Reduced the usage of trimmed material such as barrier and sealing layer edge while maintaining process stability and output, reduced downtime to maximize output, and many more project to reduced waste in process. Work hand in hand with supplier to improved their material to meet better standard in Supernova. Set high aim and motivated culture in production team to reach zero waste variance and clean production room.

Mempelajari proses produksi berbagai macam flexible packaging yang digunakan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.
