Drive client acquisition, new business development and manage existing client accounts

Drive the commercialisation of new product offerings and manage both internal and external partners; including financial institutions, govt organisations, trade associations and others to develop and drive new revenue growth for new product features and enhancements.

Set up the delivery and customer support SOP for the company. Put together and led the implementation team to successfully rollout the platform for key clients, train their users and onboard their suppliers. Manage internal and external stakeholders to meet the project timeline and drive continued usage.

Identify, strategise and adjust the product market and commercial fit of a newly developed product. Successfully drive the sales and secured the initial group of key large enterprise-level clients and users for the platform.

Transferred to business development team with the focus on securing new anchor clients in SG, MY and ID. Started up the Malaysia office, including entity setup, legal clearance, market strategy. Successfully secured the first set of clients in KL and JB opening up a new market.

Conceptualised, strategised and led the execution from ground up of all marketing campaigns and materials for a brand-new startup with the express purpose of lead generation, brand positioning and sales support.

Work on the creative work for well-known brands such as DBS, POSB, Institute of Mental Health Singapore, Tiger Beer Singapore as well as led and won business pitches including Singapore Institute of Management (SIM) and Marriage Central Singapore

Handled the creative work for Meritus Mandarin Hotel, Sony, Panasonic State Bank of India (SBI), BIC, MotorImage (Subaru), EuroAutoMobile Pte Ltd (Alfa Romeo), MDIS and Auric Pacific

Started off as an intern before converting into full-time staff after graduating from University. Handled on-air promos as well as live shows including MTV Asia Awards.
