* Coach and assist departmental collection staff in the correct interpretation and implementation of Bank procedures and legal requirements of collection of bad debts. * Review files listed by Collection Officers for transfer to external Agents to ensure all internal avenues to collect have been exhausted whilst ensuring all Legal Notices in terms of Legislation had been issued. * Actioning delinquent accounts contacting customers & their representatives to implement strategies and procedures to return accounts to order.

Banking Ombudsman. * Training and coaching staff and providing advice to associated lending and collection staff. * Repossessed properties through negotiations as opposed to Sheriff services. Minimised costs and achieved mutually satisfying outcomes. * Developed centralised collection agent portfolios.
