I provide occasional advice and support to former colleagues,and maintain an interest in current and emerging issues relating to HR and management.

First established in 1846 in UK to assist returning soldiers from the Crimea war.SInce established in Canada and Australia.Now confined to Victoria in Australia.

I was the Team Leader of the HR Consulting group 2projects

I managed the career navigation consulting function.I also delivered in-house training and development programs to large clients.I also designed and ran a series of approved "Train the Trainer" programs. Headhunted to join Price Waterhouse.

One year as Training Officer,delivering a range of programs to members.Appointed Manager of member services tasked with increasing memberships,and developing a broad base of new services.I was also the inaugural Chairman of the Industry and Commerce Group Training Scheme

Initially responsible for in-store personnel officers.Later appointed to the management Development role looking after approximately 300 Managers.

Managed 2 training officers and liaised with external consultants inthe delivery of a variety of programs

A Division of Smiths Industries LTD.AF was the wholesale division set up to market motor vehicle parts & accessories throughout UK.

Managed the AA staff college.Responsible for the design,marketing,and delivery of training programs for regional staff.I managed 14 training officers,based around the regions,and at the college. Introduced external course evaluation by City and Guilds.
