Aesynt | Automating Healthcare (Formerly McKesson Automation) Provide lead system administration for a critical remote connectivity system. Management of internal support and enhancements. Enhanced Customer management with Operating System and Application Updates. Provide system administration for a critical remote connectivity system. Developing and providing internal customer support for a system that provides simple and secure Customer Support access for 20,000+ connected devices. Continued development of internal Customer Management applications used daily for critical support needs and customer access.

Provided Tier 3 support to Hospital Systems across the United States.for Mission critical systems. Supported Applications based in C#, ASP/ASP.NET, VB, JAVA and SQL 2000/2005/2008. Developed utilities that enhanced support and implementation for all products as needed. Enhanced and developed applications for such tasks as data migration, simple log collection and system operational statistics. As a Specialist II mentored other Specialists to help build skills and knowledge. Provided training for various applications during Product Support employee on-boarding and continuous learning.

Worked additionally in the same position the prior summer, June 2005 – August 2005 Responsible for the Development and Maintenance of core internal testing software. Mentored by senior engineers to provide internal utilities for for processing results of Speech Recognition testing. Enhanced existing testing system to allow automated processing of Speech recordings and storage of results and statistics. Statistics provided a baseline for further enhancements and developments of Vocollect Speech systems.
