Oversee the day-to-day Sales and Supply Chain Operations at Fletcher International Exports USA, located in Chicago, IL.

Manage and grow the Wholesale and Distribution Division of Fletcher International Exports in the United States, Mexico, Carribean, and South America. I currently maintain relationships with over 75 customers across the United States including large wholesalers, ethnic retail chains, Center of the Plate Distributors, and Ethnic Restaurante Chains I also work closely with operations to ensure our supply chain is optimized to guarentee customer service expectations are met. I work closely with our Corportate Headquarters in Australia, customs brokers, third party warehouses, and freight companies to ensure my customers needs are being met and exceeded.

Sucessfully grew, maintained, and developed new business for Chicago Meat Authority's Industral Sales Division. My accounts included Food Manufacturers that used meat as a primary ingredient in their further processed items. This is includes sausage makers, jerky makers, deli meat manufacturers, and meat snacks producers. I also managed the relationships with meat exporters who delivered our products into South America and Mexico. I worked close with production to set and maintain customer expectations.
