Worked with Ativo Maintenance & Project Services on shutdown maintenance for BHP Billiton Iron ore Jimblebar, Area C, Mt. Keith, Kwinana refinery and Olympic Dam sites and, also at Murrin Murrin nickel-cobalt refinery operated by Minara Resources. Also worked at various BHP mine sites through Lendlease Shutdown Execution Services.

•Worked as a Field Engineer through an Independent Contractor engaged in inspection services, pipeline monitoring, procurement and installation of hi-tech surveillance and asset protection equipment to Nigerian oil and gas exploration industry; including introducing the newly developed sound barrier system (SBS) 128 to resources companies in West Africa; • Carried out inspection services, pipeline monitoring, procurement, and installation of hi-tech surveillance/asset protection equipment for clients in the oil and gas exploration industry; • Contributed significantly to pipeline integrity assessments and risk-based inspection programs for multi-nationals Shell and ExxonMobil, as well as NGC; • Supported the installation and commissioning of the new SBS 128 threat detection and deterrent system for national transmission pipelines, offshore platforms, exploration areas, and oil pump environments; • Achieved an increase in the client base for SBS128 by 50% within one year; • Compiled and submitted Scope of Works and service BoM documents, as well as service, environmental,and safety reports; • Preparing proposal and implementing plans and procedures for installation of SBS 128;and • Negotiating tender, contract conditions terms, evaluating bid documents and recommendation of suitable technical specifications. Major Contributions: • Demonstrated the suitability of SBS 128 for protection of assets in offshore and hazardous environments thereby increasing client base for the product by 50% over a year period; • Secured potential contracts with top companies in West Africa namely Schlumberger, Total Nigeria, FMC Technology, Camac Energy, ExxonMobil Nigeria, Addax Petroleum, Afren Energy Resources and Nigerian Liquefied Natural Gas (NLNG), starting from a very low client base; and • Inspected pipeline facilities to provide immediate and long-term integrity assurance, thus enabling clients to implement efficient and cost effective integrity management.
