Joseph Melizza

The world of engineering has always fascinated me, especially the aerospace and automotive fields. Since I was a child I loved conceiving and drawing innovative machines, and then going to my grandfather's mechanical workshop trying to build up something that might work. All of this fueled my passion through the years for pursuing an aerospace engineering degree at the University of Bologna and then continue with a Master's degree in space engineering at Politecnico di Milano. Throughout my academic journey I had the opportunity to work on several group projects strictly related to the aerospace sector, which helped me to grow in terms of communication and teamwork. Outside of my academic life, I like spending my spare time with my friends and family. I also like playing the guitar, going to the gym, watching motorsport races and going for hikes through the mountains when possible. I'm always looking for new challenges and opportunities to learn.
