PMO Leadership and Governance: • Lead and manage the PMO function for the Asia region, providing strategic direction and oversight to ensure effective project execution. • Develop and implement PMO processes, methodologies, and best practices to ensure projects are aligned with the company’s strategic objectives. • Establish and maintain project governance frameworks, including project lifecycle, reporting, and performance metrics. • Drive continuous improvement in project management practices and tools across the region. Strategic Planning and Execution: • Partner with regional leadership to define strategic initiatives, ensuring that projects are prioritized based on business objectives. • Oversee the planning, resourcing, and execution of large-scale, complex projects across the region. • Manage project portfolios, providing visibility into progress, risks, and opportunities to senior stakeholders. • Ensure alignment of all projects with the overall business strategy and long-term goals of the company. Resource Management: • Ensure that the PMO is adequately staffed with skilled project managers, business analysts, and other key resources. • Develop talent within the PMO by mentoring and coaching project management professionals. • Collaborate with HR and functional leaders to identify resource needs and ensure optimal allocation of resources across projects. Stakeholder Engagement and Reporting: • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior management, functional teams, and external partners. • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on the status of key projects, risks, and opportunities. • Develop dashboards and reporting tools to track project progress, issues, and financial performance. • Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and problem-solving within the PMO team.

- Lead a cross-functional team of stakeholders to develop a vision and a roadmap for upgrade of consumer technology platform. - Define the delivery plan as per strategy/roadmap and obtain buy-in and approval from senior management and stakeholders for plan execution. - Manage a team of resources comprising of project managers, contractors and product vendors to deliver the migration plan and roadmap. - Build and foster a high-performance culture, mentor team members and provide team with the tools and guidance. - Plan, lead and drive project through program entire lifecycle. - Create deployment strategies for existing and new services based on business objectives. - Foster collaborative partnerships across functional teams including remote teams. - Identify areas of risk and methods of mitigation for large and complex projects. - Coordinating with key stakeholders across teams to improve alignment, develop joint priorities with the technology and business teams. - Define and enhance implementation methodologies and practices with best practice and practical experience of continuous improvement. - Manage highly complex issues arising from the implementation of programs. - Responsible for project planning, resources allocation, budget, steering committee leadership and team organizational structure management. - Manage relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure that they are cost effective in meeting the needs of the organization. - Work with tribe leaders to develop overall strategy in the context of business strategy. - Lead steering committee meetings with key stakeholders for each program to help make key decisions, remove obstacles, and address key program issues and the key driver to ensure business goals are met and support the strategic vision of each program.

- Interpret, translate and understand all levels of design and delivery dependencies and co-ordination between technical, construction, ICT and MEP discipline. - Awareness on the commercial aspects of the project including but not limited to estimates, bids, procurement and change control. - Engagement and communication are maintained throughout and beyond the lifecycle of all programmes. Identify process gaps and document solutions in the form of plans, guidance notes, schedules etc. to support the development of the wider Client program. - Responsible for maintaining the client safety and quality standards across all programmes. - Create a strong, positive and collaborative working environment between Telecom, Security, CSA, Controls and Engineering providing guidance and support on all aspects of infrastructure deployment towards client readiness. - Workshops and knowledge transfer sessions to drive integration, coordination and innovation throughout the delivery process will be coordinated by the TPM. - Responsible for building and managing the client relationship. They will provide regular reporting to illustrate project progress against schedule, budget, resource, EH&S and risks. - Manage and coordinate onsite meetings to review and verify progress made, schedule updates and progress reports. - Identify and resolve technical issues, raise to client stakeholders or SMEs for support where required. - Monitor progress, identify risks and implement timely corrective action to mitigate against adverse schedule or cost events. - Develop handover and acceptance procedures including room ready schedules for the client. - Prepare for and lead area handoff and key milestone checklist walks. - Maintain a schedule of Lessons Learnt for continual assurance at the end of the project.

Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. Oversee all aspects of projects, set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project. Have managed complex multi discipline projects spanning across Asia Pacific regions.

Do resource allocations to projects and also management reporting on PM / project status. - Drive PM best practices across 3D Networks offices across Asia Pacific. - Responsible for the development, training, monitoring/controlling, reporting of key performance indices and continuous improvement for 3D Networks PMO in Asia Pacific. - Review and Audit ongoing projects to make sure they are on track. - Standardization of document and processes across the whole organization. - Managing regional project rollout which covers Asia Pacific countries like China, Australia, ASEAN, Hong Kong, Japan, Taiwan, Korea and India. Tasks performed including planning, budgeting, scheduling and manages and executes projects according to the timelines

Projects managed encompasses network, cabling infrastructure setup and data centre built. The size of projects managed ranged from about S$20K to USD$4 million and customer base range from private to public sectors. - Managing a team of Project Managers as PM Team Lead. Do resource allocations to projects and also management reporting on PM / project status. - Secondary role as Operations Team Lead to do operations management, revenue forecasting and management reporting for our line of business.

- Project management which includes inventory and cost control, scheduling, site supervision, documentation and to liaise with customers and contractors. - Basic system setup and hands-on configuration. Testing and commissioning.
