* Gaining New Customers * mapping out truck lanes * pricing lanes, mileage, and back up plans to get loads delivered on time and at correct temp. Dispatch trucks, check call trucks * build loads, adjust up to the minute changes on loads like adding PO# or dropping PO#s, adding and dropping Pick stops, adding and dropping Delivery stops. Determining proper trailer to use for product, whether it is a Reefer, Dry Van, Flatbed, etc. Calling shippers and receivers if truck has issues and running behind so adjustments can be made at the shed.

Recruiting students over the phones. Encouraging them that they can do more, and they can achieve more with a better education. Nothing can stop someone from doing more except oneself. I had the honor of interviewing hundreds of people and listening to amazing stories of hardship and pain, which is humbling. During the interviews, I could understand what their needs were and why they needed to move forward with their education for themselves, their families and their communities. It was a very satisfying opportunity.

Providing clients with proper solutions to their insurance needs and providing them with extra consultation in coverage explanations, giving them greater understanding of their policies and more peace of mind for themselves and their families.
