* Interact with service and management staff to prepare and serve gym members * Maintain knowledge of all policies and procedures of the facility * Work cooperatively with other areas of the department to achieve established goals

* Process and distribute nearly 5,000 season, group and individual tickets a week * Support in supervision of box office staff with items such as conflict resolution and cash reconciliation * Respond to nearly 100 customers per day through written and electronic communications to enhance fan experience * Resolve nearly 100 fan issues a week pertaining to counterfeit tickets and VIP service * Provide direct support to ticket operations staff by coordinating order processing and system input * Update customer accounts in ticketing system; ProVenue, CRM; SalesForce

* Work collaboratively with bartenders to provide exceptional customer service in a high intensity driven atmosphere * Maintain up to date knowledge of products * Enhance multi-tasking capabilities while cleaning glasses, managing taproom cleanliness, assisting bartenders with cashing out customers, changing kegs, selling the product * Create an inviting environment that will generate customer satisfaction for their return

* Help customers move their inventory in the most cost-effective way by identifying and providing logistics solutions * Create and manage individual portfolio of accounts while working in a team environment * Generate new business through inside and outside sales by way of industry referrals, prospecting, and business-to-business selling * Address concerns, implement solutions for both established and prospective customers
