Cross-border M&A - assist and advise outbound M&A, inbound M&A, provide valuation and DD service

Business Development (M&A) - Searching and analyzing potential investment opportunities. (IMM owns Eco, which previously was owned by JP Morgan)

M&A Valuation Provided valuation services in connection with M&As, goodwill impairment test, and intangible asset value assessment
