Volunteer role leading the development of CIAT's operations in the Middle East and Africa region. We have a varied set of nationalities, skills and experience among a Committee group of 15 professionals in the MEA region. I am developing frameworks for expansion, publicising CIAT and constantly in dialogue with the Headquarters in London to further promote and protect the Architectural Technologist role.

Highbury Square: Arsenal FC Stadium, Highbury, London £175m Contract Sum Allies and Morrison, Arsenal FC, Vision Four and Sir Robert McApline. Compromising 711 high-spec 1-4 bed apartments, Medical Centre and Leisure facilities, gardens replacing pitch, replicating mass of 4 existing stands and the English Heritage protected, Grade II listed, East Stand Marble Halls entrance. My role: Windows, curtain wall, glazing, basement structure and doors package co-ordination. 800 window type schedule drafted and executed. AutoCAD drawings and site presence on a variety of design and construction phases for the Highbury Square stadium redevelopment, the previous football ground of Arsenal FC.

Dealing with local planning applications and extensions to private residential properties. Construction detailing and plan, elevation, section studies with a good grounding in Building Regulations and statutory requirements.

Successfully submitted and passed the CIAT Professional Interview and Professional Assessment.

Site architect at Motiongate Theme Park, Dubai, UAE. I provide technical advice and daily construction guidance on-site at Motiongate / Dreamworks theme park in Dubai. We are currently fielding a wide variety of contractual duties for our Main Contractor as we move towards an October completion date. Working with a huge variety of consultants, subcontractors and suppliers, I am directly responsible for the smooth design implementation of the 37 central theme park buildings and attractions.
